When will my order be shipped?
In stock item: We will dispatch the good within 3 working upon order and payment is confirmed and received.
Pre order item: Once the good is being released, we will notice you thru whatsapp; you may choose to [self pick up] or [SF to pay – Delivery], remaining payment must be settled within 14 days from the day we notify you. If you choose [self pick up], you are welcome to settle upfront at our assigned location.

Delivery:
If you have chosen [SF to pay – Delivery],  please understand that it is possible that the package box may be dented, scratched or damaged during transportation and we will not provide replacement of a new package box.


After sales service:
If the item is found to be defected or missing parts, please email us (info@skyxstudio.shop) within 7 days upon item is being received. Repair or exchange service is not applicable to non-trivial defects in appearance or minor flaws which meets factory standard and does not hinder play experience.

We reserve the rights not to provide aftersales service to the following:
-Goods without valid receipt or original packing
-Items that cannot be proved as authentic dealer products
-Products which have gone through unauthorized remodeling or repair
-Man-made damage not caused during production
-Goods and order no. or invoice which have already been used to apply for aftersales service before.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We will only refund under the circumstance if the project is being canceled or no longer produced; other than that, we will not accept cancellation and refunded once your order is confirmed. And we do not allow your purchased products change to other products.
